Frequently Asked Questions

Is the information I'm looking for on this site?

Before you send us your questions, please check to make sure your question is not already answered on this site. To check for information on your question, use the the Site Search box at left or the Advanced Search and enter your subject. For example, if you wanted to know more about how to apply a castor oil pack, just go to the Site Search box and type in "castor oil pack" or "apply castor". The pages from our website that contain references to that subject should appear on your screen.

Is there information for me in the Library or Links sections?

There is a ton of medical, metaphysical, and community-specific information referenced in the Library and Links sections of this site. Since the books and articles in the Library do not reside on our server, the information in those resources will not show up on a Site Search. The only way to find out what is in those resources is to go about it the old fashioned way… by browsing around.

While the Library section of this site points you to sources of information about various medical and metaphysical subjects, the Links section directs you to various organizations. If you are looking to find out about Cayce Medicine practitioners in your area, or a medical intuitive, or someone in your home town who is interested in Cayce's work, then you need to go to the Links section and look around.

Has anyone else asked about this before?

Another way to find out about a particular subject is to go to one of our discussion groups on Yahoo. These groups have been active since 1998, and hundreds of members have posted thousands of questions and comments. You can probably find what you're looking for by searching the archives of these two sites. To access these sites, go to Online Community: Discussion Groups and select Search Archives.

I have an illness and I need to know how to treat it.

If you would like to know what to do for your own condition, and you've already researched it on this site, then the next step would be to contact the A.R.E. Clinic reception desk and make an appointment for a telephone consultation by phone.

Telephone Consultation

Can a telephone consultation work for me, or do I need to come to the A.R.E. Clinic?

The answer to this question depends upon your specific situation. Sometimes illnesses can be successfully treated at home or with the assistance of health care practitioners in your area. In other situations, it is probably best to travel to the A.R.E. Clinic for either an Individual Program or a group program.

I just need to ask a quick question.

If you need to clarify just one or two things about what you have read in a Cayce book or on our website, then you can either send us an email or contact us by phone. We appreciate your emails and will try to answer them as quickly and as fully as possible, but we need to keep the volume of emails low, so please only send us an email if you think your question will have a brief answer.

But I need to know right away!

If you have a quick question that is time critical, then it's best to call the A.R.E. Clinic directly during our regular office hours.

“Quiet, meditation, for a half to a minute, will bring strength - (if the body will) see physically this flowing out to quiet self, whether walking, standing still, or resting. Well, too, that oft when alone, meditate in the silence as the body has done.”
